Two Universities. One Community.
The Oxford and Cambridge Society of Kenya
The OCSK is registered in Kenya under the Societies Act. It is recognised formally by the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
Who We Are
The Oxford and Cambridge Society of Kenya is one of the oldest Oxbridge alumni societies outside the UK. Founded on 27 March 1926 at the Nairobi Club, the OCSK has strengthened ties between graduates of the two universities and directed their social and charitable efforts back home. We are a volunteer-run, non-profit society. Our membership is global, diverse, and united by our special connections to Kenya.
Our Activities
Events
The OCSK hosts a broad range of events, from the formal Annual May Ball Dinner to fun casual mixers.
Mentorship
We run pre-departure mentorship programmes for prospective Oxbridge students.
Scholarships
We act as a Trustee of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Kenya Scholarship Fund.
